01 · Website

Ordinary browsing does not require an account.

This website does not intentionally load advertising trackers or build cross-site visitor profiles. Hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamps for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and operational reliability.

02 · Support

You choose what enters a support conversation.

When you submit feedback, the support service stores the selected product, category, title, description, email address, optional technical context, conversation messages, workflow status, and timestamps. A private recovery code is returned once for cross-device access; the service stores only its cryptographic hash.

Do not include passwords, encryption keys, proxy credentials, private files, customer records, or unrelated personal data. Support conversations are used to investigate, respond to, and improve MonoWare products.

03 · Products

Local-first behavior is product-specific and explicit.

MonoWare products are designed to keep sensitive workflows local where practical. Each app may process different device capabilities and data categories. Refer to its App Store privacy information and in-product disclosure for the exact behavior of that product.

04 · Retention and control

Data is kept only for an operational reason.

Support records may be retained while a conversation is active and afterward when needed for product quality, security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us from the email used in the request.

05 · Contact

Questions should have a direct route.

Email hello@monoware.app or use the support form. Include enough information to identify your request, but do not email secrets or private files.
